Payment Policy – Terms of Service/ Cancelation

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, bank transfers or payment links as methods of payment. You can either pay each session separately, or pay for a block of sessions at once. Let us know what is your preferred mode of payment during our intake meeting.

There are long waiting lists to access Play Therapy, and we would like to support the children who need it as soon as we can. It is therefore important that a session/time that is booked is used effectively and not wasted.
Moreover, consistent, regular therapy over a sustained period of time supports your child’s progress and their ability to reach therapeutic goals. Please make sure to bring your child regularly for therapy and to commit to the duration of the therapeutic programme.

• All appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance with a text reminder because we know that sometimes life is busy and appointments might be forgotten.

• Make sure to arrive on time to your session/appointment. The session starts on time and will be shorter if you arrive late.

• In case of a non-attendance or a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a full fee will be charged.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly at least 24 hours in advance.

Non-attendance fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full, ensuring their account is cleared before their next appointment.

If therapy is being covered by your insurance company, the company will not cover cancellation and nonattendance fees. These fees will be the responsibility of the client.

Therapy may be discontinued for clients who frequently cancel within 24 hours or have non-attendance three or more times in a 3-month period.

Should you wish for therapy to be continued again, your child will be placed on a holding list for the next available therapy block.
